The Heart of Help

The Notion template, The Heart of Help, builds off of the Mini Dashboard For Virtual Assistants.

If you have more than one virtual assistant, The Heart of Help will be the hub for all your mini dashboards.

Each mini dashboard is a low tech working document (this means no databases!) between you and your virtual assistants. It helps you effectively collaborate on tasks.

The Heart of Help comes with -

• 3 pre-populated mini dashboards
• A copy of the original mini dashboard so it's easy to create more
• Within each mini dashboard there are six sections to: introduce to you and your work, onboard the assistant, communicate the work you need help with (aka the assignment), allow the assistant to track their work, reference your general procedures and archive anything relevant.
